Telephone Surveys

We carry out  telephone interviews permanently with customers of our clients and their competition to capture the satisfaction and the feedback from these customers and analyze. Telephone surveys are particularly appropriate in the areas where personal face-to-face interviews are too labor intensive (eg hotels, restaurants, car hire, etc.), but a personal meeting with the customer is important to capture all the details of the feedback which is not possible in a pure online survey.

For our surveys we have highly trained interviewers speaking more than 20 languages in order to enable a meaningful collection of data at international level.
